Most of our customers know the importance of conducting the seminars / classes for motivating their staff but they are not able to concentrate on this activity due to their routine mission and mainly due to paucity of time. It is with this aim we have started working on this area and tightened our belts to work on these areas too, We are very sure our customers will gain much usefulness in this exercise.

This exercise we generally start right from the time of school as we find it difficult without planning haphazardly working will hamper future of students and thereby parents will not achieve their goal if the candidate. We can now find even at school there are carrier masters who guide the students about their future and lot of counseling. All these process consume lot of time for the establishment and hence, we have decided to extend our services on this area . This will facilitate the institution as well as students to attain their goal at the right time to right direction.

New product launching

It is one of the very important and preliminary milestone of the producer to make the market/ consumer aware of the new product they are launching. Initially till every thing get streamlined one has to undergo development of the market without any pay back immediately. Of course the pay back starts based on their preliminary process like, advertisement and demos etc, Many manufacturers find it difficult to spare time in their special mission since they will be hand mouth with their routine jobs. Based on the requirement of our customers we can conduct market survey of their product by comparing their competitors product viz. feasibility report, action required to increase their share in the market and the time frame of action. We extend our service in order to see that the customer reaches at the highest percentage or highest market share from the existing percentage.

Arranging VIPS for inaugural function

Our services can be extended to arrange VIPs for inaugural function or as Chief Guest. We can act as mediator and ensure that VIP is arranged for the function. Of-course the name of the VIP or customer’s choice should be informed at sufficient advance notice so that arrangements can be made without any bottleneck.

Stage Programme

We can conduct stage programmes on behalf of the customer either for product launching, or as advertisement of the company or to increase their existing sales as the case may be. Client should openly tell us their views and the related stage programme. This will facilitate in proving their product image or to increase the customers awareness on the product etc.

Project report upto opening of L/C.

Before launching of product we can give a detailed project report on the cost and also tentative market share they can achieve and the tentative possibility of hike etc. This report will definitely help them to make a quick approach to the concerned and also implement a time frame action required from time to time.

We can arrange for advertisement of product or the company by medias or by conducting any programme of customers choice. We will give stage wise impact to the customers and the consequences thereon within the stipulated time. Before commencement of such services the customer should opt for their choice as to through which media they would prefer to work

It is a laborious process and it require lot of time and extra care with very high devotedness since the unit is already declared as sick unit. Special care should be taken to restore the unit to its old condition that is bring the unit to break-even period. An overwhelming support from the Financial Institutions and full fledged support State & Central Government is very much essential and hence the job of Consultant plays an important role in this process.
